I can't say to much on our newest commission. All I can say is: IT'S HUUUGE!

Madpainters has to take a step back into history. Waaaay back.

In the dark days of 2006 =memod and =Norke were talking about mattepainting again, browsing through some portfolio's, when we suddenly came up with the idea of us working together. It took us a few weeks to finally talk some serious business, the name of the new Studio: =madpainters.

As you might have guessed, it's (almost) pronounced the same as Mattepainters, but it also contains the word 'Mad'. And we are completely mad! We'll prove that in a few weeks.

So on 13 december the Studio finally reached the point of existence. Most of you were here since the very beginning to see our first submission. For those who weren't here: It was a lot of excitement and fun! I hope you'll never miss another one from now on! Hèhè.

To complete the studio we asked ¢mynti and ~artbytheo to join the team. And I hope we will keep on working on mattepainting commissions, conceptart and illustrations.
