awesome atmosphere to it, really nice 'moody' lighting and love the almost spherical perspective.

Yannick, you should put a not too thin black border around it, though. the dA background is just way too bright for darker images :hmm:

Yes, we used photo's. Some of the clouds are... the mountains and the rocks, the rest is painted and overlayed with textures. :)
